Dear RNZAF Golfing Society Members (Past and Present),
Planning is now underway for the 66th RNZAF Golfing Society Tournament taking place at Rangitikei Golf Club Sunday 30thOctober – Thursday 3rd November 2016. This year is the 25th year of the Tournament being hosted by Rangitikei Golf Club, a significant milestone which you are all encouraged to support.
Entries this year are being collated by F/S Isaac Hastings and a central Golf Society email account is in use so please ensure you read the instructions and the forms and send them in to RNZAFGolf@nzdf.mil.nz

Entry Form for civilian members: Civilian entry form RNZAF Golfing Society Tournament 2016
Please note that entry fees have increased this year to accommodate the rising costs of running the Tournament – $110 is still a great deal for up to 4 days of golf, fabulous prizes and the final dinner. There is one entry form for NZDF personnel and a different entry form for non-NZDF personnel which details meal requirements, so please ensure the right form is used. For those who need to renew their Society membership either do so through a Base Golf Club if you are currently serving, or use the membership application form that is also attached and return it to me (Sean Willis) or RNZAFGolf@nzdf.mil.nz. As detailed on the forms, please note that payments for the tournament and Society membership are paid into different accounts so please send separate payments.

A cut-off date for entries has been set at Monday 17th October. Any entries received after this date will be placed on a reserve list and, dependant on numbers, may only be offered a place in the tournament if space allows.
Accommodation at RNZAF Base Ohakea is being made available again this year to those who request it.
Clearly, as a milestone for the Society Tournament at Rangitikei Golf Club this year the success of the tournament is heavily dependant on the number of players. On behalf of the organising committee I ask for your continued support in spreading the word and encouraging as many people as possible to attend and make this a year to remember.
Thanks for your ongoing support and I look forward to seeing you all in November!
Kind regards,
Sean Willis
